That's why they call the R6 an unfair advantage.

Helmet ... I'm with you big time on this - spent the weekend a Morgan Park being HP smashed - came from behind in 4 race (5 starts) to lead my competition in the F5 championship until the straight showed up ... ended up 1 first (by <.2sec) and 3 seconds (1 by < .2 sec) - bloody engine bits in the bike that was beating me were worth more than my bike (+ 200cc extra)

Was there another bike in F5, Linden? Nothing like winning a 'National Championship' with nobody to compete against!

They do. Not sure if that's the bike or rider though. I thought it was a 250 running on one cylinder😀

Well I've done it and signed up for Retro 600. Considered cross entering in RYM too but no way am I fit enough for that. I look forward to chasing Dan down this time

No, the straight was ok but between turns 1 and 10 you were a bit slow. Maybe the intermediate group next time? 😀

hahaha, yeh pbs for me but itll be good to have more numbers in the race. i was in a bit of no mans land last time, couldn't get the group ahead and stayed clear of the group behind. Hopefully you all suck at starts like myself so i wont have to fight through and i always thought 250 singles went really really well in the corners??? i must be missing something

Finally got around to entering 600 retro and 600 or RYM for me. If it's run the same as last time could be back to back retro and 600.

I was going to do the Friday but think I might skip it and do EC instead then drive down after the ute is packed. For me, can't see much point in doing a slightly-above-freezing-and-raining track day before the race if conditions aren't going to be the same the day after.

I was supposed to be going to EC on Friday but the weather is looking FUBAR for then. Wakey is looking like the better option (accuweather is stating 65% of 1mm, as apposed to 85% of 10mm at EC). Shit either way.
