2nd Bathurst Track, on track

I have been told the Bathurst 2nd track and Wagga track will be the next two tracks most likely to be built and by this article

it will be the Bathurst one that might get built before I give up racing/track days

tracks inevitably take forever to get off the ground even when the councils are on board and there is the money to build. The track at Nowra had council backing and MNSW claimed to have the cash, but it has been sitting in the approval process getting on years now, with no sign of progress.

I agree, however it's the council wanting to build this one.
