Haha, no thanks Linden. If there's one thing I don't miss about my SV, it's the shitty top speed!

Good stuff. I'm meeting a mate from Melbourne and I am currently twisting the arms of a couple of mates who are hopeful.

    You know you want to!
If you can it would be great.
If you mean the Champions day on 14th then the timing would be perfect.
Unfortunately I probably won't leave Sydney until early Sunday morning.

That's pretty much my plan, although haven't yet figured out the extra day off work to do the race practice day or just do champions on the saturday!

Raining, wet track, slicks, water over road, looking at the chequered flag and not the 200mts in-between

On the plus side I did save a left and right highside but couldn't turn the bike back on the track due to muddy/wet grass in time to miss bumping into a tyre wall :-(

In hind sight a soft low side would have been much better ;-)

With a seamless gearbox, anyone could do those times.

  34. #34

See this? Jack Miller keeping it real. I don't always (usually.... ever?) agree with what Jack says, but in this case he's absolutely spot on!!

Dan just sent me this, totally agree! What a thing to say to someone sitting on the grid?!!
I also thought asking Nicky Hayden about Superbikes was pretty poorly timed!

    WAHOOOO

Its like heaven.... Actually it is heaven what a ripper of a circuit

Only 47's 48's with a couple of 46's on second hand tyres

It kept tearing up the vo2's and sc2's so stiffened up the rear little and that cleaned it up, It was also tipping in too fast compared to my EC setup so I sorted the geometry.

The bike now has a good base setup for next time which will hopefully be Jan 4th 5th
