I know this site has predominately Sydney based riders although anyone else booked in PI early Jan? I've just got myself a new bike and itching to hit the track again....

We have a bunch of Mexicans here too. Even some Adelaidians

A few of us were nearly coming down for 4-5 Jan, but this arvo decided to go to the Creek instead.

I'm racing at WSBK already, then June for St George (ASBK dependant), so decided against the multiple long drives.

Thanks Marshy. I'm at the Island on Jan 5 then back on Jan 26, can't wait!
I saw some posts that St George will be down in June which will be good (pity its winter, same as Hartwell when I use to race)
I'll see you go round at WSBK then Marshy which will be awesome, lucky bugga! Best of luck.

I see your riding my dream bike, even though I've never even swung my leg over one. I ended up buying an old '06 GSXR1000, my first Suzuki. Actually, if any rider here has a GSXR and has been at the Island, I'd love to know what gearing you ran. I bought the bike from a guy in NSW who had the gearing set for EC.
