    Lockwiring Clips

    Hi Guys,

Just a quick one, where do i buy the little clips to put through the oil filler cap and dipstick when lockwiring the bike? Similar to the one below.

Oh yeah, one more thing, Marshy, i saw the build of the bike you bought from the auctions, can you post a link as i cant see it. Probably right under my nose!

    Thanks

Is this for setting the bike up for racing? are you going to do the caliper bolts?

or is it just for the oil filler cap and dipstick..

Have not decided on the racing yet BoB. Lets just say i learnt the hard way not having things lock wired!

At the moment i have done: sump, oil filter, radiator cap, front calliper bolts, dipstick and oil filler caps. Figured i will be opening dipstick and filler cap more, hence the need for the clips. Anything else worth lock wiring? I have set the R6 up into race/reverse shift pattern and the linkage bolt in now upside down. Loctite or lockwire that one?

Will you be at the creek 20/21 Jul Marshy. Would you be able to point me in the direction of that thread you had going on your R6 Build from the auctions?

    Thanks
