    Ute for road bike

Is there a particular year / model falcon or commodore ute that can fit a road bike in the tub, straight, with back up? I measured a few in car yards, they all seem different.

Most Utes are about 1.8m aren't they? You'd need one that's probably 2.4m which is usually the tray types.

I reckon 2.2 should do, and I don't want the height of a tray so loading is easy.

Thanks, do you know which year(s) came with that? Or was it an option for any year?

Motoring it up wasn't too bad, with the older ramp on one side to walk up.
Not sure I could push anything up it tho!

They are ex-ambos that were made into utes if I'm not mistaken... Wetty has one of them. We also had one at this placed I worked. Terrible turning circle but could fit heaps and then some.
