Depends on which one Rick...Nelso's Trees have taken more hrs than peeps would imagine...but the challenge is part of the buzz.. and everyone you do, you get smarter in doing....

looking at the thumb brake...If enough are interested, maybe worthwhile.... 1 offs are exxy due to tooling...but if enough interested, might be able to get some done more effectively...

will design one up based on info from Andrew...

If anyone can respond with R6 similar info, and I can measure the ZX6...that will cover the Suzi, Yami, Kawi... any other specific models, let me know the details and will work out what is required...

I'm very interested in a thumb brake for a 2008 R6. I'll grab you some measurements this arvo and PM them to you.

just remember you will need the junction valve if you want to keep the footbrake as well.

    HI Andrew

do you mean you have a thumb lever to copy or the junction valve? Is the junction valve a through hole or does it have an internal shuttle to control direction of flow?

it has a hole through the middle, they are only $60US odd dollars though I paid $114US for the valve and a 44' braided line

no probs. I can sort out the thumb lever design with a few dimensions. I was curious about the valve tho.
