    Straightening wheels

Figure some people must have some experience with this.

Looking for a ballpark on what it would cost to get this wheel fixed. Found it pretty cheap (obviously) so trying to work out if I'm onto a bargain or a waste of time.

Laurie Alderton fixed mine for $100 straight and true, not quite as bad as yours but its easy enough for them to do it

question on laurie? if you send him a frame do you have to drop the engine first?

Not necessarily... Rolling chassis is what he asks for apparently. I was told to remove as much as possible whilst leaving forks, swingarm and wheels.

I think he may need engine in for alignment purposes. ...

    +1 on what Mick said.

He needs to have the engine in and all other bits removed. Even down to the chain guard and heel plates.
But rolling chassis still of course

I'd rather not know if my frame was straight. Wouldn't be worth me fixing anyway haha

Frames don't often bend. Usually it's the soft triples that bend, meaning the front is out of alignment. But even a moderate tweak can not cause that many issues. If the bike turns evenly left and right, and tracks straight, then it's fine and there's no need to worry.
