These two riders in video seemed to miss the off at 0:06 guy and bike on the grass ... another rider at 0:13 put hand up, suspect he thinks there will be a red out soon ... then 0:33 the red flag is out ... [shit spot for a flag position on that inside] ... new rider (the dayglo top) tries to overtake under red after lead rider has slowed down ... nasty collision. He's gotta have missed the flag and all the other goings on beforehand?

The guy was coming into the pits, by the look of it. Without signalling (although the marshall should have anticipated it by the bike slowing down). The first guy on the left in the vid was signalling niiiiice and early he was exiting the circuit.

Example of why it is a good idea to throw a leg out before coming off the gas for a red flag.

Located the complete vid ... it wasn't a race, just a track day at Pittsburgh. The hi viz vest rider appears to be an instructor ... can see him looking back at camera bike and making signals. Camera bike sounds like a road bike ... you can hear peg scraping on some corners.
