Yes but there's no reason why you can't add some flooring to the trailer on the sides. At least not that I can see. Plus, a lot of trailers are just the rails anyway... this one at least makes it dead easy to load/unload.

Yep, or keep it as it is so it's light enough to flip it up and park it against the wall hahaha
