Just got to get some bits and bobs sorted over the next few weeks.

Clip ons, some brake protectors in case someone merges right, get a proper exhaust hanger. Maybe some different brake and clutch levers.
    Will strip it tonight.

anyone know anything about flashing the ECU? Looking at the Woolich stuff but some people reckon Tuneboy is the way to go. (Gonna keep this one to superbike rules)

It's what lots of quick guys have been running, so it can't be too bad. Leanne had a go on one set up with Ktec suspension a couple of weeks ago and said it was perfect. Now, she wants (says she NEEDS) to get one! She has already sold both of her 125s and has the ZX6 up for sale, so it won't be too long before she gets hers too.

Woolich is the go, so much stuff that can be changed apart from tune.

And from what I have seen arrow is the go, but I agree with wetty, have a ride and see what you think.

Other thing I found is front brakes can fade, am sure it's all been done but:

    S/S lines
    Good pads, I run vesrah
    Run backing plates
660 motul fluid and change regular

But your a old hand at this, so am sure your all over it

    Chubb's new steed

Need to drain the coolant eventually for racing. Surprised to find stock headers are Ti. And no cat in them like the R6!

Hey where does the reg/rec normally mounted?? Wetty? Baddie?

Need to make up a custom bracket to mount the lie detector too. Probs on top of the tank.

I'm pretty sure they mount to the inside of the fairing from the factory. Most of the track bikes I have seen have them mounted where your's is.

That does look a little too close to the radiator, no? The one the 6 would get stupidly hot just sitting inside the fairings, can't image how hot it would get if I had it where that one is. Well, tbh, that was the faulty rectifier which Kawasaki kindly replaced on recall... so that might have had something to do with it.
