That's a bit disappointing, as I was looking forward to doing 8 races in a day again.

I'm in. In DESPERATE need of practice for race starts so should be good. Know a fair few people entering in 600's this year so might be a slightly bigger grid than usual there.

Ram ducts are boxed up in the shed as well. I didn't realise they didn't use rubbers they slip straight in. Handy for me I was worried I'd have to gaff haha

Work getting in the way of fun! Plus was still chasing electrical gremlins I encountered at pi. Just figured it out. Wish I could do week days but a couple of trips to pi this year and all my leave will be gone so saving it for a td just before the 4 hour

I don't know much about these meetings. Is it worth cross-entering into Race Your Mates to get some extra track time in? Is that possible?

Rym is open to those who haven't raced before. You can ask terry directly to get a straight answer tho.
The days are fairly casual and relaxed.

What was the problem?

Had the quick shifter harness just touching something ( maybe radiator not sure asi just ripped it out then checked over the harness later.) It had just worn through the insulation on a section with no shrink wrap and was earthing out. Blew another ignition fuse at pi then when I replaced it it kept blowing them asi turned the ignition on.

Should be all sorted mor now though

Wow. I wasn't even put up in a hotel in Sydney for that one. If the babysitters club is going to gossip at least get the facts right haha

I'd love to do this round but not ready yet... as well as yesterday went, it's clear there's still a lot of rust to polish off. RYM would have been ok, I think but meh. In the time!

Bahaha fair enough, my apologies. That was the Monday morning? That was a couple of the crew guys from one of my bands getting a ride to International. It was their TM as well - guess they enjoyed the after party a little too much.

Mind you, their lobby was 5.30am. If that driver had called my room at 5am I'd have snapped it big time haha
