Yamaha R6 YEC ECU and race harness
Excellent condition YEC race harness and ECU. This is a 2012 model, which I bought new and fitted to one of my 08 R6 bikes. Fits 06+ R6.
Comes with the 2 cds (one not pictured), the YEC Racing stickers, and all the mounting bits to move the reg/rec to the side of the frame, which I never used as I preferred to leave it in the OEM position.
It's wired up to run both fans manually using the Map switch on the left handlebar. The other switch is for the pit lane speed limiter (sooooooo cool)!! But you can put it back to being a map switch very easily (or add another switch).
I've also got the YEC programming cable, to make changes to the ECU (not included in the sale, but I'm happy to reprogram it for you if you want changes). I've set it up with reduced engine braking, tweaked the ignition timing to soften the first 5% crack of throttle etc etc, and it's fuel-mapped to the bike (which would need tweaking for your bike, but it also means you can get rid of any Power Commander or Bazzaz that you might have).
Pick up from Lane Cove or happy to post it for free within Australia.

I should put this in my bike even though I already reflashed my ECU.... Just for the pit limiter function.
I gotta say, the pit limiter is the best bit.
The other stuff contributes to lap times, but not to coolness like the pit limiter does

I just whacked in 5k as a guess, and it turned out to be right on the money! It was about 39km/h IIRC. Then (from memory, and it's a bit hazy at this point, although I could log on to the software and check) I lowered it somewhat, because even though you're allowed to ride at 40km/h, at track days particularly it felt really really fast!! 30km/h is much more like 'normal' pit speed, unless you're at the 4-hour at Wakey, where you wanna crank it up again
And they are the revs it holds in 2nd, btw. If I changed into 1st, the rpm would max out at a lower point (3.6k or 4.2k??).

Anyone know where to get these and a ecu reflash or new ecu?
Talk to Stu23 or Marshy or Carl52.
Stu uses the FT interface and worked well on my destroyed #2 bike.. it was making 116 at the rear wheel.
