It will be a bit late now for your cooling system but at least you can stop it deteriorating further , we always drain after racing and replace the plain distilled water with coolant. You just need to drain it again and flush several times replacing it with distilled before the next race meeting

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. I am spinning out that I am even out there , it is like a whole new life and am really enjoying the ride. Now to just get Bathurst up and running again.

Never say never papa smurf .
Great footage Marshy and congrats to all on last weekends results. Anyone know the reasoning behind not allowing camera's on bikes at EC last weekend. Doesn't make any sense as it's just as likely to fall off the rider as the bike and as others have said, is more dangerous should the rider hit their head.

20-30 yr plan , i will be well goooone
was watchin the V8 supertest on sunday . Fark me who is the muppet that left all the oil at T2?
i larft coz you can see where the bike turned left pretty sharpish , ouch
That was a bloke in Clubsport I believe, I saw the belly pan, it had a 10mm lip at the back, enough to hold 100ml of oil if that! he apparently had a faulty oil filter
it started in pit exit to the exit of turn 2 as you saw.....so expect everyone to have to juggle their belly pan along with everything else up to scrutineering at future race meets

It was stated in supp refs belly pans were to be taken to scrutinisers on sat to be inspected
Did this not happen ?
HA!
That was a joke, right? Proper scrutineering? Never!! They were too busy checking for the important issues (coolant and cameras) to worry about a minor concern (oil).
I hate to say I told you so, but this is exactly what I was talking about pre-event. Total fixation on a non-issue (coolant) and no examination of the important stuff (oil).

So going along with the theme of D grade riders wearing the pink vest . Do you think that C grade riders wearing like a green vest and B grade another colour maybe yellow would be worthwhile ? So when your on the grid you can see how many in your grade is in front of you or if the bike your chasing is worth going all out to pass .? Also for the people spectating , they can work out how your going in your grade?
