Yamaha R6 2008 track bike $8000 - this bike is not a write-off. Can be rego'ed if you really want to.

Low KM's 5783km

Bike is in excellent condition. Painted in Yamaha peal white. Has some scratches, marks etc however very tidy for a track bike.

Very well maintained, oil changed every 2 track days.

Congrats John, So when will be your first outing on the big German?

The R6 is going to Melbourne. The bike ticked all the boxes for the new owner so all worked out well. The bike deserves time at Philip island.

Think I'm going to miss it. No real good reason to replace it other than my fascination with the BMW s1000rr.

My next track day is Nov! Gives terry hay plenty of time to do his thing and for me to repaint it Yamaha pearl white. I still have have some paint left over from the R6 and its way too expensive not to use. The current purple colour scheme is just not growing on me.

Give it a week before you start John, you may be able to sell it on for a lot of coin to an ecstatic Freo supporter if they come through next weekend. ebay it as a special First Dockers Grand Final memorabilia s1000rr.
