So a black trailer is hot as f#%k . I've got vents and a whirlybird installed which is fine when traveling but when it's at my house it gets so hot it's ridiculous.
Found a nifty little solar powered fan on eBay and installed it yesterday.

Even in today's cool weather the trailer was noticeably cooler than previously, it'll be interesting to see how it goes on a really hot day. I may need to install a 2nd but I'll see hot it goes.

What about sticking some white vinyl on the roof? Owen and I were thinking about his trailer that we painted white, and a bit of vinyl would be muuuuch quicker and easier.

I actually thought about that, or just replacing that roof section of ally panel in white. But I realllllllly do like the black...

maybe some fast looking racing stripes in white that would take away 50-60% of the roof surface area and I could continue it down the front or I could drum up another sponsor with a white logo for the roof

    Hmmmmm .....

The black is pretty damn awesome man, I have to say. Could you keep it under cover?
If not, there is a company that do a really efficient convection system for trailers...
