I just had a good look at the entry
20min Qual + 5 x 7lap races $295 including a garage spot, and you can practice Friday if you want($169)

Nick ...you wanted more races per day are you coming?

I need to reconsider my tyre options as I was going to run good tires left over from PI and EC

The SMS I received said $245! Not sure if it includes the garage or not... and I guess that's assuming you have the Wakey license and etc.

$50 for a garage $25 for a carport spot and you'll need a RACE licence either MA or AASA not a ride day licence

Why cater for 2005 600's, but not 2005 1000's though?

Oh, sorry Nelso. I thought you must've been making a joke. You weren't seriously expecting FX rules to make sense, were you?? You've been around longer than that.

Doctor said the bones came together perfectly and is real happy with how it is going. Armed with that knowledge I'm going to book a TD in late January!

hahaha don't rush it, mate... Lorenzo and the gang do it for the money and they'll have a nice retirement regardless. The rest of us need to worry a bit more about long term consequences unfortunately.

Oh for sure. End of Jan will be three months so should be pretty close. If I don't book soon I'll miss out on the date regardless though!

And the punters have spoken. 250 entered into St George and only 40 entered in FX 'club' racing. The sooner people stop entering his races, the sooner he will disappear and the sooner we can get things back on track for road racing in NSW.

Not likely to Happen Nelso. He runs a good event. And well organised... plenty of reasons why people havent entered - including gremlins and damaged bikes, and the fact that there have been a sequence of race meets the last few weeks and most peoples budgets are probably blown..

keep in mind that TON is actually providing stepping stones for people in the sport, whether people want to acknowledge it or not..

    Track days
    Race Ya Mates
    FXRRC
    FX Series

People really need to get over the fact that TON makes a living from it- Phil Lovett made the same point at the FX presentations.... He is the first to stir TON directly for the cost of Entry etc... but clearly stated that TON doesnt earn a living from it or makes a loss, then he can't provide the race meet. Simple economics...

The answer is simple... if anyone doesnt like the format, don't enter.

TON's series is where I started - first race was RYM then FXRRC at EC mid last year - which was huge.

    getting off the soap box..

Edit - PS- wasnt pointing at anyone in particular - just the general negativity around anything that TON does.
