I got a bit of a shock at my latest leg x-ray....
I've snapped one of the screws that holds the titanium rod in place:
Apparently they can break and according to the surgeon, it's by design and means my bone is taking more weight.
That's apparently a good thing but it didn't stop me from getting a pretty big shock!

He's a mate of Johnny-B's. Really can't complain, he's done a top job and the leg is healing really well.
