Yes I looked at that a while ago. From memory the tolerances to sprocket nuts waz quite tight.

So far I haz been too girly to drill and tap the swing arm. Still trying to work out how to hold the bike still during the drilling operation. Don't really want to take the swing arm off. Securing from the rafters is my current bestest idea.

The front of the bike is the OEM upper front bracket that's smashed, and the clutch lever and left clipon that are pretty well rooted.
The 2nd photo is my bits n peices got them 2 nd hand off a blood in vic. Wood craft Cilpons, front race stay bracket OEM bread pads ( thrown in) and he's posting the OEM levers, as he forgot to pack them. $350 for the lot.
The fibreglass kit it to repair the fairings all in all they held up extremely well I'm just going to re glass the inside and strengthen around the fixing points where a few pulled through. Was thinking about just glassing in some sheet metal ot possibly a washer????

Apart from that I need to straighten the rear bolt on sub frame ( I think that's what it's called ) it's pretty soft alloy and replace a few bits on the clutch side vortex rear sets.
I'll do a service while its apart, then hopefully good to go, around the same time as my elbow hopefully

Nondescript is apparently ideal for abductions - "It was a white van - officer". No one can hear you scream in the back of a Vito!

The thing really pulls amazed at what that 2.1 DT can do with all the gear in the back ... acceleration to 100 kph is effortless for freeway merging.

Hahaha, good plan! Less likely people are gonna break in than if you've got race related "I've got expensive things in me" vinyl on the outside!

Absolutely. Got to keep it looking as inconspicuous as possible especially if you don't have off street parking.

Yeah that x'd my mind a lot!!! And only took 12 hours and first requests came in. Nope ... this Vito only moves motorcycles ...

But my backup trick is ... it's an old van, the turbo's blown, the batteries flat, etc ... if you could just pay for the service ... "beep, beep, beep" ... "hello any one there" ???

    What I did today...

Well apart from the storm, and trees down, no internet, phone, and not being able to get to work with power lines on the road.

    Shed play day

Just awaiting wrap, and will look great again
