are they directional ? got them on upside down ?
Right, so... 2010 ZX6R... installed new brake front pads... now the pad springs appear to be hitting the disc (not constantly, but at least a couple of times per rotation)... clearly I've done something wrong, but can't seem to put my finger on it. Any ideas?

hmmm Not sure I can help... I did the pads on my bike a few times but always had supervision! hahaha Having said that, it always felt pretty straight forward... I'm guessing you probably got one of the back plates out of place or something
Yeah this is what I thought... it looks like the spring plates only go in, one way... but I'll pull them apart again though and check this arvo. First bike I've had this happen, but they were Suzuki in the past

from what I remember Mario removed the springs completely on his, wheel spins really easily
I had installed all the springs correctly, but when I was cleaning them, I must have just bent them slightly out of shape... pulled, "adjusted", reinstalled, job done.
