WD40 Rick. Spray it good into the spline shaft and let it sit for half an hour. Then get a lever behind it and hinge it on a rag against the sprocket cover and tap it off from behind. Do you have a Dremel ? Just cut through the bolt gently to free up the grip. I have another shift arm for you
